I've trained in Tai Chi, Qi Gong, martial arts, and energy healing. I know the frustration of methods that demand too much time. That's why I created Mindshift Meditation: simple, science-backed micro-practices that incorporate mindfulness, breathing, intention, and movement into your day; rather than requiring another schedule item or block of time.
