Mindshift Meditation was born from a simple observation:

We believe that consistency matters more than duration. Five one-minute meditations throughout your day create more lasting change than one five-minute session. Our approach emphasizes building a sustainable practice that grows naturally over time.

Meet Deb Murphy

As the founder of Mindshift Meditation, I've spent over 15 years exploring the intersection of mindfulness, movement, and modern life. My journey began through my training in Tai Chi, Qi Gong, martial arts, and bodybuilding, where I discovered the profound power of moving meditation.

During my own struggle with anxiety and burnout, I found that traditional meditation was difficult to maintain with my busy schedule. Instead, I began developing micro-meditation techniques that could be practiced anywhere, anytime—even for just a minute or two.

The results were transformative, not just for me but for the friends and colleagues who began using these techniques. What started as personal practice evolved into a comprehensive system designed for busy modern lives.
