My mission is to make the transformative benefits of meditation accessible to everyone, regardless of how busy their lives may be.

I believe that inner peace shouldn't require rearranging your schedule or adding another demanding practice to your already full life. Instead, I provide practical tools that work with your existing routine, helping you find moments of calm and clarity amidst the chaos of modern life.

As the founder of Mindshift Meditation, I've spent over 20 years exploring the intersection of mindfulness, movement, and modern life. My journey began through my training in Tai Chi, Qi Gong, martial arts, and bodybuilding, where I discovered the profound power of connecting the body, mind, and spirit.

During my own struggle with anxiety, stress, and too busy of a schedule, I found that traditional meditation was difficult to maintain. Instead, I began developing micro-meditation techniques that could be practiced anywhere, anytime—even for just a minute or two.

The results were transformative, not just for me but for the friends and colleagues who began using these techniques. What started as personal practice evolved into a comprehensive system designed for busy modern lives.
