How Mindshift Meditation works.
Mindshift Meditation combines movement with a focus on breathing and intention to achieve quick results.
Your journey begins with the Meditation in Motion exercises; gentle motions coordinated with the breath.
Exercises can be as simple as raising and lowering your arms with an inhale and exhale, but there are many more layers to discover.
Mindshift Meditation requires only small periods of time to get started.
Most of us don't have time to sit in calm contemplation and remain a part of "society" as well, so let's take the quick approach to get to meditation states!
Mindshift Meditation is movement and breath led with intention. As we associate these three, they come into alignment with the body, spirit (energy, breath), and mind. These principles can be practiced anytime, anywhere, by anyone. It only takes a few minutes to remind yourself and take a conscious shift back to center.
Practice mindfully and regularly
When practiced every day, no matter how short or long, the effects add cumulatively and "build up" over time. Even if you only spend one minute in the morning, one in the midday, and one before bed, slowly you will see results. Practice every day is the key.
One day your practice will be a habit, and that will be the lasting change in health and well being that you have been searching for.
There is no minimum time nor maximum time. Take your time and be sure to practice every day, if even for a minute.
