Meditation in Motion Class (MIM) combines gentle movement, breathing, body alignment, and mindfulness.

Anyone can participate, regardless of fitness level. 

Wear whatever you feel the most comfortable in.

Drop in and try a class! No experience necessary. You'll get low impact exercise while benefitting your entire mind, body, and spirit.

The gentle movements of MIM Class are suitable for people of all ages and fitness abilities. There is no extreme stretching or exertion, but you get a full body workout. You will positively feel the results. 

Self improvement is your key investment, in You!

Use what you learn in each class to achieve dependable results. Practice anywhere and anytime. Commit to a few minutes of consistent daily practice on your own to experience notable changes within a couple weeks. 


Mindshift Meditation is holistic approach to health for your whole self.

Classes are instructed by Deb Murphy, certified MIM Class instructor, founder of the Mindshift Meditation system.

Deb's training in Tai Chi, Qi Gong, martial arts, bodybuilding, and energy healing provide the foundation for the exercises and philosophies applied in the classes.
